"Jakes spoke spinner" The person I bought the bike from works at a mountain bike shop called "Jakes", its our local bike shop. Well when he sold the bike to me he had a little wheel reflector thing that cliped into the spokes (I think he kept it as a joke but I removed it ASAP)! By the way thanks for the kind words about my new rig!

Hey how are you liking your Shocker? I'm thinking of getting one. Do you think it's as good for FR as I hear it is good for DH?

Yea I do wish I could try them out. None of my friends have them and I called all my local bike shops and some didn't even know avid had a new brake out while others didn't know what to expect from them or how to compare them to the codes. I'm in an awkward position right now

Boulevard wrote

Do you think it's worth switching over. There a new brake and I haven't tried a pair out yet so I really don't know what to expect. I know there getting great reviews but is there a down side to them? Any problems so far?

Boulevard wrote

I know you used to have codes so how do the elixirs compare? How's the stopping power and the modulating of the levers? I'm on codes right now and I'm debating about switching over

1. No, not all bacteria are dangerous to people. Some bacteria are used in food products or medications.

2. Antibiotics do not kill people because they are not strong enough. They do however kill all bacteria in your body good and bad which could lead to an even more serious heath risk

3. Antibiotic resistance is a tendency of a certain bacteria to develop a resistance to over used antibiotics.

4. Pathogenic bacteria harm people because they are a germ. Some cause the common cold and some cause boils and pustules.

5. The difference between prokaryotes and eukaryotes are prokaryotes cells do not have a nucleus.

6. Bacteria are part of the kingdom Monera then classified into sub groups by shape and size.

7. Four examples of eukaryotes are a lion, tree, humans and a rhino.

8. Eukaryotes can have multiple cells but only one nucleus between them
9.

10. Bacteria reproduce by a process called mitosis. A cell of bacteria splits its DNA and copies it to create two identical strands then a complimentary strand of DNA comes in and attaches to the original stand of DNA creating two new strands.

Hey dude, ive spoken to you in the past about trading my fox 40 for a boxxer wc but i finally decided to go with the totem. It works great on my cove shocker. Check it out in my profile. Just thought you wanted to know because you said you wanted to see pics when it was finished.

hey man dope bike! quick question. how do u like it with the dhx 5.0 and how is the overall feel of the bike with the rear shock?

mr-biker wrote

do you really need ust? the ultimate wheelset (methinks) is hope pro II on 721's (depending on course roughness and how smooth of a rider u are). yeah deffo go with hope pro II's if you decide to change. 823's are quite heavy...Frown
My tires are ust at the moment. I think I'll change back because its too much trouble changing tires between race runs if they are ust.
an e13 lg1 will save you loads, is that a truvativ team seatpost? if not try and go for an I beam setup.
Lately what i am doing is geting used to 2.35 minnions over 2.5. you save alot of weight.
with those changes you'd be well below 41... maybe close to 40Smile

Overall I wouldn't touch your bike. you have a bombproof bike at a great weight.

The yeti felt quite heavy at first but since i fiddled with the suspension it is more maneuverable. supposedly on a spreadsheet it is 41.5lbs. It feels around 44lbs. (I don't have a accurate scale)
hwatever you do gud luck with itSmile
